Making sensible use of artificial intelligence and chatbots

Artificial intelligence, ChatGPT and OpenAI are currently on everyone's lips and are playing an increasingly important role in digitalization. But what is behind these new miracle programs? What benefits or dangers do the applications entail?

Many software products and electronic devices already work with artificial intelligence without users even noticing. However, AI-based programs can also be used by laypeople to create texts, images or even music.

The presentation by the Verbraucherzentrale Baden-Württemberg e.V. shows which AI applications can already be used and how they can be integrated into everyday life. Participants will learn not only about the dangers but also the benefits of intelligent applications through practical tips.
