No room for sexualized violence - LOOK, RECOGNIZE and ACT

The two-day online symposium is aimed at school administrators, school contact persons for sexual violence, teachers, social pedagogical specialists, parents, police and judicial staff.
 On the first day, the definitions  of sexual violence and sexual abuse  will be presented in keynote speeches as a basis. In addition, it is about perpetrator strategies and victim roles. On the second day, these insights will be placed in the context of digital media. Participants will also get to know thespecialized counseling centers responsible for the district of Groß-Gerau and the Main-Taunus-Kreis . They learn about the support options available for developing a school protection concept. They will also learn how helpful it is to have a trained contact person at each school. In addition, different preventive possibilities of external providers, theater pedagogical offers and regional campaigns are presented.
