The aim of this specialist congress is to create a forum in which the living conditions of families in Rhineland-Palatinate are examined in the light of nationwide developments. The potential of the family-supporting social infrastructure will also be highlighted. A special focus will be placed on the urgency of a preventative approach. At the same time, the necessity and possibilities of a social infrastructure that supports families throughout the children's entire growing-up period will be highlighted.
