Our media scouts visit Year 3 at the Adolf Grimme School and report first-hand on their experiences with social media apps such as TikTok, Snapchat and Instagram. With the help of fake accounts and in collaboration with their teachers, they found out what risks and challenges there are - but also how to stay safe online. In an interactive presentation and in conversation with the primary school pupils, they pass on their knowledge and raise awareness of how to use digital media consciously.
