Safer Internet Day 2025: focus on online dating

On Saturday, February 15, 2025, the Paderborn City Library invites you to a day of action between 11:00 and 14:00 on the occasion of the international Safer Internet Day. Under the motto "Online dating in focus", visitors to the Central Library can expect a varied program with exciting lectures and informative offers on the topics of online safety, data protection and secure communication.
Numerous cooperation partners have been secured for the day of action, including the Paderborn district police authority, the NRW consumer advice center, the Chaos Computer Club Paderborn (C3PB) and Drehmomente Paderborn e.V. The event is aimed at anyone who wants to learn more about the safe use of digital media, the challenges of online dating and the protection of personal data. Participation is free of charge.
