People with excessive or addictive media consumption (e.g. video games, porn, cell phones, social media, etc.) as well as members of self-help groups or similar.
The Hessian State Center for Addiction Issues (HLS) is offering two digital consultation hours on the topic of media addiction in February 2025 to mark Safer Internet Day. On February 11 and 13, 2025 from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m., addiction counseling specialists will be available online for knowledge transfer and exchange. At the beginning there will be a short informative input on the topic of media addiction. Afterwards, there will be plenty of time for questions from participants. The consultation hours will take place online via Zoom. Participation is free of charge and anonymous.
