"No likes for lies!" - SID2025 at the Meko Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf

On February 11, the Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf Media Competence Center in the Haus der Jugend will open its doors for an open youth event on Safer Internet Day 2025 on the topic of "No Likes for Lies".

We want to find out with you how fake news works, how we can distinguish and prevent it and how it affects our democracy.
To do this, we will look at different forms of fake news that we encounter online, analyze them using various fact-checking tools and discuss the consequences that we face in our society. (from approx. 12 years)
