Chief Superintendent Ilka Kleppe from the crime prevention department of the Mettmann district police authority will provide information on this evening about potential dangers and crimes on the Internet and give valuable tips and advice on how to behave. The aim is to explain how children and young people and also themselves can protect themselves from becoming victims of certain crimes, but also - perhaps only out of ignorance - from becoming perpetrators. Due to the specific topics, this prevention event is expressly aimed at adults only.
Visitors to the information evening will also receive helpful information material on the topic of "digital media" for use at home.
