"All against one (cyber) bullying

Bullying is not a new social development. It is exacerbated by media use.
According to current studies, 1 to 2 children per class are affected by bullying.
On this evening, we want to take a very concrete and practical look at the bullying system.
What can we as adults do to empower children so that they become neither victims nor perpetrators (actors)?
What can parents, teachers and pupils do together to deal with bullying cases and take action against bullying?
