Do you sometimes have the feeling that digital media play a bigger role in everyday life than you would like - for your child or for yourself?

In my online workshop "Mindfulness and digital media", I support primary school children and their parents in using digital media more consciously. Together, we look at how often and why we use media, how it can distract us and learn strategies to deal with it better.

Another focus is the influence of media on our feelings and communication:
What effect does a message have if we cannot see the person opposite and cannot perceive their emotions?
I use interactive exercises to sensitize children to how important it is to pay attention to the feelings of others - online and offline.
What you and your child can expect in the workshop

Reflecting on media consumption: how often and for how long do we use media, and how does this affect our attention?
Distraction and focus: How we can take conscious breaks and concentrate better.
Emotions and fake news: How we recognize emotions in communication and critically question false reports.
My aim is to provide children and parents with practical approaches for a mindful and safe use of digital media. I look forward to welcoming you to my workshop!
