February 6 is Safer Internet Day. We are taking this as an opportunity to look at how children can stay safe online. After all, tablets, smartphones, games consoles and more: children are using the internet at an ever earlier age and with increasing independence. But they don't automatically know how to protect themselves from unwanted contacts. At this information evening, you will learn how to prepare your child for the big, wide world of the internet and what topics you should discuss with your children before they start using it. There will also be tips on how to set up devices safely and what tricks can be used to better protect children online.
