Virtual parents' evening: How parents can protect their children from pornography and sexual violence online and educate them in an age-appropriate way

Parents' evening (Online)

Thursday, 8th of February 2024
17:00 - 18:00

Let's talk about porn: How parents can protect children and young people from pornography and sexual violence online and educate them in an age-appropriate way

Many children and young people come into contact with pornography online at an early age, whether accidentally and unintentionally or out of curiosity and interest - on porn websites, through the (unwanted) sending of pornographic content in group chats or on social media. However, talking about sexuality and pornography in the family is not always easy. What does the law say, what does the ban on pornography mean for children and young people in practice? What should be done if children and young people come across it anyway? What are the actual consequences of pornography consumption for young people? What protection options are there?

At the virtual parents' evening from Elternguide.online, you will receive information and practical tips to help you talk about sexual education and pornography in the family.
Join us live and ask your questions to our experts - we will provide answers and be available for discussion!
