Social media or gaming: many apps are designed to keep us occupied for as long as possible. In this lesson, students learn how interruptions in apps work and develop strategies to protect their attention.
The lesson is designed to last 45 minutes and can be used flexibly without much preparation. The teaching material is suitable for year 5 and above.
