Safer Internet Day 2026 - Digital participation in old age

To mark Safer Internet Day 2026, the city library is hosting an information event for senior citizens on 10.02.2026 from 4.30 pm. Under the title "Digital participation in old age", the focus will be on safe internet use, digital participation and practical support.
As part of the event, there will be a guided tour of the Central Library, during which the digital offerings and services in particular will be presented. The offer will be accompanied by the AWO's digital mentors.
After the tour, participants will have the opportunity to ask their own specific technology questions, for example about smartphone and tablet use or internet security issues.
