Been sitting in front of your smartphone or computer for too long? We've probably all been there. But what happens when the long periods of use turn into an addiction? In this workshop, pupils learn to reflect on their own day with media and discuss it. They deal with the stages of addiction and are given the preventative opportunity to get to know their own resilience factors, record them
and strengthen them.
