Media exhibition for Safer Internet Day in the Altbach library

To mark Safer Internet Day, the Altbach library is organizing a themed media exhibition on the internet, digital media and media literacy. A diverse selection of books will be presented that deal with the opportunities and risks of the digital world.
The exhibition is aimed at children, young people, parents and educational professionals and offers suggestions on topics such as safe surfing on the Internet, dealing with social networks, data protection, cyberbullying, gaming, fake news, media education and much more. Non-fiction books for different age groups invite readers to engage critically and consciously with digital media.
With this exhibition, the Altbach library aims to contribute to the promotion of media literacy and raise awareness of responsible use of digital services. All the media presented can be borrowed during regular opening hours.
