AI and me. Artificial relationships

The project day will take place at the Lessinghöhe children's and youth recreation center and at Meko Neukölln. As an introduction, the participants will receive target group-oriented impulses from current JFF research projects and position themselves playfully on the most relevant findings. The focus will be on lifeworld-oriented experiences with and basic attitudes towards parasocial interaction with chatbots.

In a speed dating format with custom chatGPTs, the participants then interact on topics such as lovesickness, stress at school, arguments with friends, bullying or homesickness, share their interaction experiences and record them on emoji mood boards. Additionally or alternatively, they will discuss the handling of private information and data protection aspects of chatbot use.
