Digital well-being is closely linked to our own media use. In this FOKUS TIME, we present digital tools that can support mindfulness, self-regulation and media balance in children, young people and adults - both for their own use and for teaching in an educational context.
A particular focus is on digital health applications (DiGA). These scientifically proven apps offer often underestimated opportunities to address mental and physical health problems, with the costs being fully covered by statutory health insurance.
In the online event, we will provide a practical overview of which apps are eligible, which topics they cover and what the administrative process for applying for them looks like, also with regard to child and youth welfare.
Fokus Digital offers the opportunity to deal with a current media education topic in a concentrated and short period of time. The so-called FOKUS TIME is a short break from everyday working life in which a specific topic is presented in a compact form so that it can be used directly for your own educational work. It also creates a platform for professional exchange and discourse. FOKUS TIME takes place online and is free of charge for all participants.
