Action day on the safe use of digital media

To mark "Safer Internet Day", WOBCOM, together with Stadtwerke Wolfsburg and the Wolfsburg police, want to shed some light on the complex topic of the Internet. We are opening our doors to three school classes in grades 5-7 and taking them into the world of the World Wide Web. Where does the Internet actually come from? How does the Internet process the data I enter? What happens to my personal data? What is allowed and what is not? What is cyberbullying and how can it be prevented? All these questions are answered in three stations consisting of short presentations, creative tasks and interactive games. In this way, technology and its opportunities and risks become tangible and at the same time safety and foresight are conveyed.
