NEW: The KiKA Player App
Since this week, the new media library app of the children's channel of ARD and ZDF "KiKA-Player" is available for free download in the App Store as well as Google Play Store. The videos are aimed at children aged 3 to 13+ and are offered in an age-appropriate way. After installation and an initial set-up of the age profile by parents, even younger children without reading skills can use the app intuitively. In the parent area of the app, the "Web Alarm Clock feature" gives parents the option to limit the app's usage time. If there are several children, parents can create different profiles in the parents' area and set them up individually. For example, different age restrictions and usage times can be set for the content.
