jugendschutz.net report: Technical youth media protection

Children are using services such as YouTube, Instagram and Snapchat at an increasingly early age and are exposed to risks such as bullying, hate, harassment and violence. However, current youth protection solutions are almost ineffective there, as they cannot filter content in a differentiated manner. That is why modern technologies such as machine learning must also be used and further developed to protect the youngest. This is the conclusion of the current status report "Technischer Jugendmedienschutz" by jugendschutz.net.
