Selfies, sexting, self-expression

Large platforms such as TikTok, Instagram and WhatsApp fulfill many of the needs of young people. For example, the need for self-expression, entertainment, exchange and orientation. Unfortunately, there are always downsides, such as problematic role models, violent communication or the misuse of intimate images (for example through sextortion). The newly revised teaching material "Selfies, sexting, self-presentation" provides an overview of the most frequently used services and information on the possibilities and risks of the services. The material also includes three projects for direct use in the classroom.
